Important Stuff For Party Bookers
To book a party at Splashdown we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Due to their popularity we also advise you to have a couple of dates/times in mind for your party. Book early to avoid disappointment, some dates get completely full. A minimum of 6 paying guests are required.
You will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 to reserve your party. We can take this over the phone by credit or debit card or you can use our secure payment option to book and pay your deposit online. We will then send you your party pack which will confirm the date and time of your party, your invitations and if chosen a food menu. The balance will need be paid on the day of the party. Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied in the water; a maximum of two children per adult. Each party is allocated one host and two free adult tickets. Please make sure that you have enough adults to keep to this rule – we will supply tickets for additional adults up to the ratio free of charge.
If you think you will require an extra party host, we may be able to supply one. Please note, there will be an extra charge for this and we will need advance notice.

Turn up and ride – it really is that easy! That’s because when you book a kid’s party at Splashdown@Quaywest we’ll provide everything - except the kids of course! What’s more, you’ll get a dedicated party host for the duration of your party to make things go swimmingly.
Fun on the flumes lasts about an hour and a half, and a break for Slush Puppies and a chance to catch your breath. Then, once the kids have worked up an appetite, it’s up to Boarders with party meal to finish off the celebrations. A hassle–free party? Now that really is something to celebrate. You can even party for a whole day - ask about an all-day party upgrade (host available for two hours).
