Coming with a larger party? For groups of 10-19 for day tickets and 4 hours, at checkout, an automatic 10% discount will be applied to the ticket price of each eligible ticket only ( Adult/Child over 9; Child aged 5 - 8; Adult with Child 2-4) Does not apply to Spectator or Adult with Child under 2, or any other purchases available online) There is no need to contact us about groups sized 10 -19 they can be booked online the same as individual tickets.
No discounts apply to visit durations of 2 or 3 hours for group sizes 10-19 in peak periods, otherwise please see Group Visits

** The mix of tickets available for each visit duration varies each day, depending on demand, and operating conditions. Not all visit durations are available all day, every day. We adjust the number of available tickets in each visit duration to meet the likely demand of our visitors within our maximum capacity. If you do not see the ticket that you want at the time you want it, it will be necessary to choose either a different time to visit on that day for the same length of visit; another visit duration on the same day (e.g. 3 hours instead of 2), or another day to visit to get the visit time and duration that you want, subject to availability. A session may say it is sold out or not appear as an option to purchase, only the tickets that are displayed are available. Please bear this in mind and DO NOT call to see if there are any more tickets at certain times, there won’t be (barring uncompleted purchases that will go back into the availability when the basket times out ) so it can be worth checking back online if you really do not have any other time that you can attend. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY WALK UP TICKETS.
Please do not assume that we are closed or sold out of ALL tickets if you do not see the visit duration you had originally sought to purchase, click back to choose an alternative - tickets at other times or length of visit are almost certainly available.
Tickets purchased online are non refundable as they are taken from an allocation which has a maximum and their purchase will prevent them from being purchased and used by other visiting customers. At the management's discretion, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, emailed requests to alter the date and time of the visit will be considered.
Adult to child ratios
Please note we enforce the following adult to child ratios:
No children under 12 will be permitted to attend the waterpark unless accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). Children under 9 must be accompanied to the slides and around the waterpark at all times by an over 18.
- Children 12 and above may enter the waterpark unaccompanied at the risk of their parent/carer
- Children 9-11 may use the slides at the waterpark where they have an adult in the waterpark and are accompanied by at least one other slider aged 9 or above around the waterpark
- Children under 9 must be supervised everywhere in the waterpark including the slides by an adult (18+). As the supervising adult you should not be directly supervising more than two children aged 5-8 at one time
- Children under 5 must be supervised on a 1:1 basis everywhere in the waterpark at all times.
